Please complete the booking form (by following the link below) to request a place at the conference. An invoice will be sent to you within two working days for immediate payment.
On receipt of payment you will be issued with a ticket. Your place at the conference is confirmed by receipt of your ticket. Admission to the conference is by ticket only. Once you send this booking form you cannot cancel and payment will be due. If you fail to pay promptly your place may be lost.
If you are unable to attend you can transfer your ticket to another delegate. It would be helpful if you would advise us of this so that we can prepare a new delegate badge but whoever attends must bring the ticket with them to gain entry.
